Shipping Policy

Mod Cart delivers fashion products across India with reliable courier partners.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders with cart value of ₹1,000 or more.
• Orders below ₹1,000 attract a flat shipping charge as configured at checkout (currently ₹50).

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details are shared by SMS/email and are also available under My Orders in your Mod Cart account.

Delivery Attempts

• Couriers usually make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
• Please ensure your phone number and address (including PIN code) are accurate.
• If an order is returned as undelivered, we will contact you to rearrange delivery or process a refund after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Serviceable Areas

We ship to most PIN codes in India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be informed before dispatch and may cancel for a full refund.
