We send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number for registration, login (OTP login), and password reset. Enter the OTP within the validity period to continue. Do not share your OTP with anyone.

Check network coverage and wait about 60 seconds, then tap Resend OTP. Confirm you entered the correct 10-digit Indian mobile number. If it still fails, contact support at +91 7665777075.

On the login page choose Forgot Password, enter your registered mobile/email, verify the OTP, and set a new password.

We support online payments (such as UPI and other methods shown at checkout) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available for your PIN code.

COD may be available for selected PIN codes. If COD is not offered for your address, please complete the order using an online payment method.

Free shipping applies on orders with cart value of ₹1,000 or more. Orders below ₹1,000 may attract a flat shipping charge shown at checkout (currently ₹50).

Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 5–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner.

After dispatch, tracking details are shared by SMS/email. You can also check status under My Orders after logging into your Mod Cart account.

You can request cancellation before the order is shipped. Contact us ASAP with your order ID via WhatsApp/call (+91 7665777075) or email (modcart.tech@gmail.com). Once shipped, you may use the return process after delivery.

Unused products in original packaging with tags intact can usually be returned within 7 days of delivery. Intimate wear, personal care, and final-sale items may not be eligible unless defective. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as applicable.

Open the product page and refer to the size chart (where available). Measure yourself and compare with the chart. If you are between sizes, contact support for advice before ordering.

Yes. To ensure fair inventory, cart quantity per product may be limited based on available stock and site purchase limits shown while adding to cart.

Yes. On product listings and detail pages, use the wishlist (heart) icon. You must be logged in to save wishlist items across devices.

We ship to most PIN codes across India through our courier partners. If a PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you and you may cancel for a refund.

Check tracking under My Orders. Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If tracking is stuck or delayed beyond the estimate, contact us with your order ID and we will follow up with the courier.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Tax inclusion is as displayed on the product and checkout pages. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
