• Registration and password resets require OTP verification sent to your registered mobile/email.

3. Products & Pricing

• Product images are illustrative; colour and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as shown on the product/checkout pages.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Orders

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation or COD acceptance.
• We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or serviceability issues.
• Maximum purchase quantity per product may be limited to ensure fair inventory allocation.

5. Payments

We accept UPI and other supported payment methods shown at checkout. COD may be available for selected PIN codes.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mod Cart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delay/failure of delivery beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
