Return & Refund Policy
At Mod Cart (operated by MOD CART TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED), we want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund as per the policy below.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging with tags intact.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odour, or damage.
- Intimate wear, personal care items, and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email modcart.tech@gmail.com or call +91 7665777075 with your order ID and reason.
- Our team will share pickup / drop instructions after quality check approval.
- Once the returned item is inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refund via UPI/bank transfer to the account details you provide.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
